A description for business people
Whether you're a global brand trying to reach more people or a charity looking to lower your costs, I can help you to understand your audience and their needs. Knowing your audience and solving their problems helps you acheive your strategic goals.
Once you know what you need to build, I can work with graphic designers and software engineers to create products that reach the broadest possible audience.
A description for web-savvy people
I am a user experience designer and interface developer.
My user experience work focuses on information architecture, interaction design, and information design. Whether running workshops, documenting personas, mapping user journeys, or creating prototypes, my work is always about making life better for the user.
As an interface developer I create standards-based semantic code that is as robust as it must be and as elegant as it can be. I'm a firm believer in accessibility, progressive enhancement, and unobtrusive scripting.
